Jayk Munford, realtor for Coldwell Banker Morris Real Estate is excited to be working in the city of Bend. Originally from Orange County, CA, Jayk is a family man with a loving, caring wife and a beautiful 1 year old daughter. Jayk considers himself to be a “Bendite” or “Bendonian” after living in Bend for over 12 years. Activities such as exercising, hiking, kayaking, biking, and any social event is where you’ll usually find him. Buying from and supporting local charities, events, and business’s are his focus to insure money stays within our community.
Jayk was previously enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, starting his days in boot camp in Pendleton, CA. Soon after he decided to change his career path to retail management, and began to study business sustainability and business management at Saddleback Community College in CA. Utilizing his skills and expertise, Jayk decided to focus his efforts on real estate.
